WiX Webmaster Certified
WiX is a cloud-based web development platform that I used for my own website www.mcctoday.com and it is by far the most innovative website builder amongst its competitors, with a proven track record of investing in continuous improvements and upgrades. WiX is best known for its intuitive design options and wide range of interactive tools, such as its streamlined drag-and-drop builder.
I had created my original website back in 2011 on WiX but this year I wanted to rebuilt my site with an updated look so I decided to research all the other competitors before I rebuilt. I reviewed and read all the stats on WordPress, Weebly, GoDaddy, Squarespace, Drupal and the list goes one. WiX had the most comprehensive list of tools, features, additions and apps. No other website builder even came close to helping their users achieve this level of advanced design and all without doing any code. The editor in WiX also gives you a total WYSIWYG website creation experience. In June 2016, WiX added a huge new feature to their already robust platform—Artificial Design Intelligence (ADI). Also WiX allows third party integrations to enhance your site’s functionality. The end result is a fully customizable responsive website that’s guaranteed to be unlike any other online presence in existence. I knew I wanted the best for my business and for my clients so I decided to go through the WiX training program.
WiXEd helped me acquire skills to provide my customers with array of dynamic features on a custom website. I learned to develop a 1-pager parallax design, insert background videos, set up an e-commerce shopping cart, create an online scheduling form, allow dynamic content and more.
Here are a few samples I have done for my current clients.
WiX currently has over 88 million registered users (as of July 2016), with about 45,000 new users joining every day.
